The idea is this: I pull 12 random words from a generator. Two words each of different syllables (2 one syllable words, 2 two syllable words…..2 six syllable words). Then I write 12 mini-stories that have a common theme, using the word as the title to drive each piece (not actually using the word in the story). Each story is exactly 100 words. One connects to another.
